An absolutely fabulous meal!
David, our waiter, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and helped make the evening enjoyable and memorable.
I had the rack of lamb and can honestly say it is the best one I have ever had. Perfectly cooked with an incredible sauce. The triple tail snapper was enjoyed by 3 in our party and they all raved about it. Likewise the scallop dish and chicken were excellent. A Table Apart is top notch and I highly recommend it.
We had a very disappointing experience and will not be back. While the staff was very attentive and friendly, the food was incredibly salty, to a degree that we couldn’t even finish any of the courses of the $45 3-course meal we ordered. My friend and I each tried three different dishes, and all were not good. While the prawns and huli huli pork were well cooked, her sauce was too sweet and the prawns were too salty. Same for my pork. My main course was the mahi mahi, which was perfectly cooked and very tender, but again so salty that I could not finish it. The potato cake it came with lacked flavor, other than salt, and looked very unappetizing. My friend’s meal was pretty looking and well cooked but too salty. Her vegan ice cream sundae was fine except for the whipped topping which she did not eat. My taro dessert was very sweet and tasted fine, but I’m not sure what those cubes were and they didn’t add anything to the dish. Perhaps its our lack of familiarity with Hawaiian traditions, but I’m pretty sure this kind of salt level is not part of it. We ended the night with a $150 bill, which included three glasses of wine. Considering the dated and tacky ambiance, and the $25-$37 prices prices per dish, I would not recommend this restaurant. Their website gives a very different impression from what it is really like.
What a great date night! Food is beyond amazing, service was perfect and the space was wider enough for intentional conversation. Great value and the best food I’ve had in SWFL. I had the short rib, my wife had the pork chop. Both were delightful.
When we dined here in 2022 the food was prepared well and the server was exceptional. So in 2023 we brought two couples (6 people total) to share the experience. Everyone felt that the server was not up to the task and limited wine knowledge. Our friend a former restaurant owner had mashed potatoes that had a soupy texture, and his bread pudding was left on the plate. Sitting on hard wooden chairs for 2 hours was torture. In good conscience I could not recommend this place.
Wow! Delicious cuisine every time. Don’t pass this restaurant by. This family owned top notch business has so much to offer. Open for dinner and very high quality meals. We celebrated my husband’s birthday tonight and had a delightful blue crab Mac n cheese along with short rib that melted in our mouths. We were delightfully surprised by the carrot cake for dessert that’s not on the menu. Please consider supporting local long term family business while you are in Bonita Beach or Ft. Myers. Worth the drive but call ahead for reservations. Socially distanced tables make this restaurant charming and comfortable. We will return often! Thank you!!

This was a very lively and busy restaurant. We were there with a birthday party. They only assigned one waiter to tend to two tables of 7 at the same time. He did the best he could but it was not ideal for us. One table was eating their appetizers while the other table had yet to get their bread and butter. The food experience was ok. Ambiance was ok.
Fine dining. You don't have to wear a suit and tie some people had on nice shorts some people dressed fancy. Waiter was great. Small menu and many items are seasonal and what they have online is not always available when they are open.
Different specials. Waiter was attentive. Small place but were able to accomadete party of 10. Only open a few days a week. Go online and research food has an Asian flare. All food was good
